Neben den vielen Zimmern (insgesamt gibt es 15 Zimmer, d.h. die meisten Bewohner:innen haben zwei Zimmer) haben wir eine große Küche mit zwei Kochinseln mit jeweils Backofen, Herd und Spülbecken sowie einem Esstisch. In der oberen Etage ist ein großes Wohnzimmer, in dem alle Platz haben, und der Zugang zur Dachterasse. Außerdem gibt es drei Badezimmer, die man sich jeweils zu zweit bzw. dritt teilt. Dein Badezimmer liegt im unteren Stockwerk.
Lage:
Die WG liegt super zentral, direkt gegenüber vom Einkaufszentrum Gerber. Die U-Bahn Haltestelle Österreichsicher Platz ist 2/3 Minuten

Was wird gesucht: Du bist vollzeit berufstätig im Unternehmen - kein homeoffice..
Dazu folgende Info: Da man wieder heizen muss und der Strom auch wieder ein überteuertes Thema ist, wird hier jemand genommen, der sich auch tagsüber am Arbeitsplatz befindet. Das gilt vorher abzuklären. Und wenn dann doch ja, dann muss bei ab und zu mal Homeoffice, je nach Gebrauch, neu kalkuliert werden, anhand des tatsächlichen Verbrauchs. Das versteht ihr doch sicherlich.

(flexibel) mein Zimmer unter. Dieses erfolgt befristet während eines studienbedingten Auslandsaufenthaltes. Das WG-Zimmer befindet sich in einem gemütlichen Altbau und ist voll möbliert. Es ist also alles da - Möbel sind nicht mitzubringen - einfach einziehen! Bad, Wc, und Küche im Miteinander zu deiner Verfügung. Ich erwarte, dass du mit allen Dingen ordentlich umgehst und du weißt, was Sauberkeit bedeutet. Das ist hier auch im Miteinander ein nicht unwesentlicher Faktor.
