Die Küche ist vor unserem Einzug neu verbaut worden und ist Mietgegenstand.Die Kücheninsel haben wir nachträglich selbst reingebaut und wünschen uns dafür einen angemessenen Abstand, diese soll übernommen werden. Das Vollbad wurde ebenfalls vor Einzug saniert, die Möbel können (müssen aber nicht) gegen angemessenen Abstand übernommen werden. Das Gäste WC wurde liebevoll in Eigenregie von uns mieterfreundlich mit Folien und Farbe aufgehübscht und könnte ruckzuck in den originalen Zustand versetzt werden.
